Training
OSI has developed a wide variety of training programs
designed to improve leadership skills and
abilities. These training modules have been "field tested," and
can be combined in an integrated series tailored to meet
individual organizational needs. Seminars are offered to teams,
individual contributors, supervisors, middle managers and
upper-level managers and executives.
Incorporating the latest in adult learning theory and organizational
training practices, OSI seminars focus upon student participation
and feedback to facilitate the transfer of skills to the work
place. Delivery vehicles, such as video, lecturette,
case studies, instruments, simulations and participant exercises
are employed to illustrate new concepts and model new skills.
